Problem:
Pav*r is a startup located in Louisville, KY, who needed both a pitch deck, and help in getting users to convert from free to paid plan. My job was to assist them in developing a personalized onboarding wizard for users to set up their platform on Google Calendar. Additionally, I created an updated deck design and storyline for their upcoming fundraising activities.
Solution:
In close collaboration with the Pav*r team, I created a customized and fully functional prototype. We outlined userflows from top to bottom, and prototyped out the entire process in wireframes to ensure a good foundation for the UI application. After this, I applied custom branded styling, and prototyped multiple user flows. This prototype allows the founders to showcase the product effectively to potential clients and investors.
During this process, I also established a scalable atomic design system to ensure efficient and consistent design and development for future endeavors. Within just two weeks of launching the new wizard, user retention experienced an impressive conversion increase of over 50%
Lastly, I worked closely with the CEO to craft a new pitch deck that accurately represented their brand and clearly conveyed the present and future iterations of the product to potential investors.
